We have new ideas about real estate, but we are not new. Wayland Hancock Properties has been serving the real estate needs of Houstonians since 1970. Our CEO, William L. Jones, is an industry leader, serving as President of the Houston Association of Realtors (1995), Chairman - EHAR (1996), Director - National Association of Realtors (1996-1998, 2005), Vice-Chairman of the Houston Realtor Information Service (2004-2005). Bill is a hands-on real estate guy and he looks forward to meeting you personally and assisting in any way possible as you enjoy the benefits of your own personal real estate project manager.

We operate in the Greater Houston Metropolitan area. Our offices are located near Downtown Houston, The Texas Medical Center, and Rice University. Our central location places us at the hub of Houston's dynamic residential real estate market.
